Terms of Service - Quarter Drop

By booking "The Quarter Drop," you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Saturday shoot date. The remaining 50% balance is due upon approval of watermarked previews. Final high-resolution assets will be released automatically once the balance is paid in full.

2. Revisions & Delivery

Packages include two (2) rounds of revisions. Revisions are limited to editing, color grading, and music adjustments. Requests for additional revisions or reshoots will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final delivery is typically within 7 business days of the shoot date.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

7+ Days Notice

You may reschedule to a future available Saturday. Your deposit will be applied to the new date.

Less than 7 Days Notice

Rescheduling is subject to a 25% re-booking fee.

Within 48 Hours

Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot result in a full forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Liability & Usage

Slick Productions provides visual assets and an Implementation Guide. We are not responsible for the performance of your ad campaigns, Meta account standing, or ROI. You retain the rights to use the delivered assets for digital advertising and social media.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
